The Networking App Now Unites Wrestlers Across America

Los Angeles, California (December 10, 2019) - The Wrestlers in Business Network will team up with Pod, the new networking app designed to help people connect online and meet in-person, to help wrestlers connect at the Beast of The East Tournament starting December 20, 2019.

Pod utilizes location data and artificial intelligence to help users connect with people who share similar interests, all within close proximity. The Wrestlers in Business Network has decided to utilize the Pod app to connect all of their members across the United States. Pod will help members easily communicate with each other and connect offline.

“Whether it’s wrestlers looking to hire other wrestlers or our members trying to connect and meet with each other at events or in their own town, we believe our members will gain a lot of benefits from Pod,” said Mike Moyer, Executive Director of the Wrestlers in Business Network, a division of the National Wrestling Coaches Association. "There is no other networking app like Pod and we are thrilled to bring it to our community."

The Wrestlers in Business Network members have already been networking on the free app to connect with fellow wrestlers and will be utilizing Pod at an event for the first time at the Beast of The East Tournament, one of the top-ranked high school tournaments uniting 120 high school teams and 1,000 wrestlers from across the country.
