Student athletes will be required to:
1. Join the WIBN Charlotte by completing this application.
2. Apply for the scholarship by writing a letter to the WIBN Charlotte Scholarship Committee as to why they are deserving of the scholarship and their plans for the future.*
3. Provide an updated resume for yourself. *
*Both of these documents will be required to be uploaded during this application process.
Once you have completed the application, you will receive an email from the WIBN confirming your Free WIBN Student Membership.
The scholarship application window will be open from November 1st through TBA (closing date will be announced in Jan.) At that time the scholarship committee will review all applicants and pass on their top candidates for a full board vote. The scholarships (Two-$1,000.00 scholarships will be given), one for a men’s applicant and one for a women’s applicant, will be awarded in spring (exact date to be announced).
