You will need the following, to apply for the scholarship:
Recent Senior High School transcript
Resume showing, among other things, involvement in wrestling, other activities, and work experience.
A recommendation letter from a coach, guidance counselor or teacher; and
A short essay (less than 250 words), written by the applicant and must include:
A. Describing what wrestling has meant to him or her,
B. Why the student is deserving of the scholarship,
C. the impact that wrestling has had on the student and
D. his or her plans for the future.
The recipient does not necessarily need to have wrestled (he or she could be a scorekeeper, trainer, or even just a passionate fan), but must demonstrate the positive impact that wrestling has had on his or her high school experience.
